My Veggie & Fruit Tracker
Each numbered band indicatesone day of half monthly calendar. Match and tick the colour of the vegetable and fruit consumed in the day on the Tracker. Ensure the consumption of different coloured vegetables and fruit goes updaily.
Put a TICK against the food item eaten in a day. You can put morethan 1 (one) TICK in the same box if the food has been consumed more than once, see the given example.
Tracker tracks the Unhealthy Food consumed specially during the holidays. Colour the Junk Food are in RED if junk food item is consumed any time in the day
